Personal Assistant

Location: Aberdeen

Aberdein Considine are looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant to support our Conveyancing Partner based within our Bon Accord Crescent office. The ideal candidate should have the ability to use their own initiative, as well as having the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work efficiently. Previous experience in a fast paced work environment would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the allocation of the Form Stacks to the relevant person within the conveyancing team and checking that they meet necessary compliance before allocation.
  • Updating the tracking spreadsheets and case management system for the Form Stacks.
  • Monitoring and dealing with the emails from LMS and Lender Exchange
  • Updating and keeping on top of the panel management in line with compliance for various lenders
  • Email and diary management
  • Day to day secretarial duties to assist the Partner

Requirements

Qualifications

Essential

  • National 5 / Higher qualifications

Desired

  • Conveyancing or knowledge within a legal office
  • Previous PA experience
