Aberdein Considine banking litigation lawyer accredited as debt and asset recovery specialist
A Senior Associate in Aberdein Considine LLP’s award-winning banking litigation team has achieved accreditation from the Law Society of Scotland as a debt and asset recovery specialist.
Ahsan Mustafa works within the firm’s wider Lender Services Practice Group and acts for major UK banks, lenders and financial institutions on complex volume debt and asset recovery (in Scotland), as well as banking disputes, enforcement actions and personal and corporate insolvency matters.
He advises on litigation strategy, reputational risk and compliance with consumer credit and financial conduct regulations, helping clients manage risk, resolve disputes efficiently and protect their commercial interests.
Ahsan frequently represents clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and has particular expertise in defended litigation.
