Chris is a Partner, based across the firm’s Union Street (Aberdeen) office.
Practising in residential property and private client work for over 15 years, Chris advises clients on property transactions, conveyancing, estate agency matters and private client issues. He provides guidance throughout the sales and purchase process, including contract preparation, offer negotiation and general supervision of the Aberdeen and Westhill estate agency teams.
Chris has extensive experience working with developers and investors, with strong knowledge of new build properties, funding options and market practices in Aberdeen. He is a Notary Public and is recognised for his practical, solutions-focused approach, strong negotiation skills and excellent relationships within the wider legal community.
