Chris Richardson

Chris is the Head of Commercial Real Estate for England and Wales and is based at our flagship Edinburgh office.

With almost 20 years of experience in property law, he advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including urban regeneration, mixed-use development and the letting of property to commercial operators.

Since joining Aberdein Considine in 2022, Chris has also advised on property finance, general commercial transactions, and corporate support work, as well as acting for several renewable energy providers.
