Claire Munro
Senior Solicitor
Claire is a Senior Solicitor in our Conveyancing team and is based in the firms Blenheim House office in Aberdeen.
Originally joining the firm in 2017 as a property administrator in the busy Estate Agency team, she commenced her traineeship in 2019 and then joined the Conveyancing Hub in 2020 and has remained there ever since.
Claire assists clients with all aspects of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title which include reviewing title documents and missives, carrying out searches, liaising with mortgage lenders, and managing completion and registration.
She holds an LLB (Honours) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen.
