David Orr
Partner
David is a Partner in Aberdein Considine’s Commercial Real Estate team, based in Glasgow.
With over 15 years of experience, he advises clients across all areas of commercial property work and has particular expertise in real estate investment and finance.
Recommended by the Legal 500, David trained in Glasgow and gained experience with several of Scotland’s leading commercial firms before joining Aberdein Considine in 2012.
His recent work includes advising on the investment acquisition of an industrial park in Glenrothes on behalf of an English local authority, the multi-million-pound refinance of a hotel and leisure complex, and the management of a major plc retailer’s Scottish property portfolio. He has also acted for the Bank of Scotland plc on the re-gear of its Scottish branch network.
