Diane Gundersen is a Senior Associate in Aberdein Considine’s Lender Services Practice Group, based in the Newcastle office.
Since joining the firm in January 2022, she has developed a reputation for her expertise in complex lender litigation and her practical approach to resolving disputes.
She specialises in secured and unsecured volume recoveries, as well as title rectification, advising banks and financial institutions on managing risk and navigating complex legal matters efficiently. Diane trained and qualified at Eversheds and brings over 20 years’ experience in legal services, including more than 14 years in banking and financial services litigation.
