Client Relations Director
Gary McAdam is our Lender Services Client Relations Director and works closely with lender clients and their Supplier Management Teams across the UK to strengthen strategic partnerships and ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards.
Gary has over 15 years of industry experience and joined the firm in 2021 from a national recoveries law firm, where he held a variety of roles, latterly as their Operations Manager in Scotland.
His deep sector knowledge, operational expertise, and results-driven approach enable him to deliver practical, effective solutions aligned with lender clients’ business requirements - always with fair customer treatment at the core.
