Helen Ferguson
Senior Solicitor
Helen is a Senior Solicitor in our Private Client team, based across the firm’s Stonehaven, Banchory and Aberdeen (Blenheim House) offices.
She joined Aberdein Considine in 2018 and advises clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, executries and trusts.
Helen holds LLB (Hons) degrees in Scots Law and English Law, as well as a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice. Committed to helping clients achieve the most appropriate outcomes for their futures, she combines a strong technical understanding of the law with a personal and empathetic approach, ensuring clients feel supported and at ease during even the most challenging times.
