Katy Sharpe is a Senior Solicitor at Aberdein Considine and is based in the firm’s Edinburgh office.

 Since joining the firm in September 2023, she has become known for meticulous casework and clear client communication.

She advises on a broad range of workplace matters, including contracts, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and tribunal proceedings. Katy also provides guidance on data protection, governance and regulatory issues, helping organisations to adopt compliant, business-sensible solutions that reduce risk and support operational needs. In addition, Katy works within the firm’s Sports Law sector and brings practical insight to sport-related matters, enhanced by her status as a Licensed FIFA Football Agent.
