Laura is a Partner in Aberdein Considine’s Lender Services Practice Group, specialising in complex mortgage disputes, property litigation, and professional negligence claims.
She acts for leading UK lenders, providing strategic advice on volume recovery, risk management, and key projects.
With over 20 years’ experience in lender services, Laura has a wealth of expertise in pursuing and defending claims on behalf of banks, building societies, debt purchasers, mortgage servicers, and other financial institutions. She joined Aberdein Considine in 2018, having previously been a senior associate at Ascent Performance Group, and is recommended by the Legal 500 for her work in banking litigation.
