Neil Patterson is a Partner in Aberdein Considine’s Banking Litigation team within the Lender Services Practice Group, based in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne office.
Since joining the firm in February 2022, he has built a reputation for his expertise in complex and defended mortgage litigation and secured lending matters.
He advises banks, building societies, and lenders on volume recovery strategies, dispute resolution, and secured retail banking proceedings. Neil combines technical legal knowledge with practical commercial insight to help clients manage risk and navigate complex litigation efficiently.
Neil holds B.Proc and LLM degrees and is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa (non-practising). He is also qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
