Nicola Gray is a Partner at Aberdein Considine and is based in the firm’s Blenheim House office in Aberdeen.

She joined the firm in 2020 and is respected for clear, commercially informed counsel and a solutions-focused approach to employment law.

Nicola advises both employers and employees on a wide range of employment issues, with particular expertise in contracts and service agreements, corporate support, TUPE transfers, tribunal representation and business immigration. She regularly drafts and negotiates contractual terms, assists organisations with transfers of undertakings and represents clients at tribunal hearings, focusing on effective, commercially sound outcomes that protect clients’ interests.

Nicola holds an LLB (Hons) with options in Accountancy, a Diploma in Legal Practice and a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law Practice. She is Signet accredited in Employment Law and is ranked in Chambers and Partners.
