Paul Jennings
Partner
Paul is the Head of Commercial Real Estate (Scotland) and is based at our Waterloo Street office in Glasgow.
With over 30 years of experience, he advises clients across all areas of commercial development and investment, with particular expertise in the acquisition, development and letting of office space. His work also spans housebuilding, planning, real estate finance, retail and leisure.
He joined Aberdein Considine in 2014 to establish the firm’s legal presence in Glasgow, bringing extensive experience from his previous roles as Head of Commercial Real Estate at Anderson Strathern and Managing Partner at boutique Scottish real estate firm Bell & Scott.
Paul is recognised by both The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for his expertise, acting for key clients including Greggs PLC, the Westerwood Group and Trump International Scotland. The Legal 500 commends Paul and his team for their “strong coverage” across Scotland and their work with developers, retailers, banks, hotels and football clubs.
