Paul McIntosh is a Partner in Aberdein Considine’s Legal 500-recommended Banking Litigation team.

He specialises in professional negligence claims for lender clients, providing strategic advice and representation in complex litigation matters.

After training at Simpson and Marwick, Paul spent almost six years with Dundas and Wilson’s Contentious Construction department, acting for employers across the utilities, transport, and public sectors. He joined Aberdein Considine in 2012 and has since focused exclusively on professional negligence work for banks, building societies, and other financial institutions.

Aberdein Considine has specialised in supporting lenders for more than three decades, with offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Newcastle. In Northern Ireland, we work in partnership with Carson McDowell LLP, based in Belfast. A unified case management system enables us to deliver seamless, integrated support to clients across the UK.
