Samantha is a Senior Associate based across the firm’s Westhill and Union Street, Aberdeen offices.
She has over 15 years of experience in conveyancing, dealing with private, lender and corporate clients on a wide range of transactions including residential sales and purchases, transfers of title, remortgages, discharges, powers of attorney and wills. Samantha also has experience handling auction sales and transactions across Scotland.
She joined Aberdein Considine in 2009 and is recognised for her practical approach and strong client relationships. Beyond her legal work, Samantha is a long-standing mentor with the University of Aberdeen, supporting aspiring legal professionals, and is an active member of her local community in Westhill.
