Sarah Elysia Phelps

Sarah is a Senior Associate in Aberdein Considine’s Banking Litigation Team, with a practice focused on financial services litigation, secured recoveries and mortgage and property-related disputes.

Sarah is an experienced litigator with a broad background in banking, financial services and commercial disputes. Throughout her career, she has acted on complex and high-value contentious matters for major banks, financial institutions and other corporate clients, with experience spanning lending and mortgage disputes, consumer credit, asset finance and wider commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Aberdein Considine, Sarah worked within TLT’s Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team, acting for major banks and financial services clients. Her wider career has also included experience with Magic Circle and leading international law firms, as well as specialist litigation practices, working on a diverse range of complex commercial and financial disputes.

At Aberdein Considine, Sarah acts for lender clients on secured recoveries, mortgage enforcement and related banking and property disputes, advising throughout the litigation and enforcement process.
