Katy assists the team in providing employment advice to employers and employees on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance queries, and capability concerns.

She also has a special interest in regulatory matters including data protection and compliance.

She completed her undergraduate LLB at the University of Stirling and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.
