Paul is the Head of our Commercial Real Estate team in Scotland.

Based in our Waterloo Street office in Glasgow, Paul has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial development and investment work, including house building, planning, real estate finance, retail and leisure with particular expertise in the acquisition, development and letting of commercial offices.

Paul joined the firm in 2014 to open the firm’s legal office in Glasgow. He was previously Head of Commercial Real Estate at Anderson Strathern and before that Managing Partner at boutique Scottish real estate firm Bell & Scott.

He is recommended by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners legal guides for his work with key clients including high-street bakery chain Greggs PLC, the Westerwood Group and Trump International Scotland.
