The team operates across the UK from hubs in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle and in Northern Ireland through a strategic partner, Wilson Nesbitt.

The team is led by sector experts Myra Scott and Thomas Lillie.

Myra Scott, Partner in Charge of our Lender Services Practice Group, has over 25 years of experience in Banking Litigation and is recognised by the Legal 500 as one of the sector’s leading and most commercially-minded practitioners.

Thomas Lillie is Head of Legal (UK). He has 15 years’ experience in the legal and financial services sectors and is recognised by clients and industry commentators as a “go to” adviser in the sector.

The team includes industry experts Laura Browne, Paul McIntosh, John Di Paola, Elaine Elder, Isabel Clough and Joelle Neep who have many years’ experience and are experts in advising financial services clients on complex security enforcement, asset recovery, professional negligence and title cases.
