Danny Anderson is a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Business Advisory team, based at the firm’s Blenheim House office in Aberdeen.

Since joining Aberdein Considine in 2016, Danny has built a strong reputation for his commercial awareness, deal-making expertise and client-focused approach.

He acts for a wide range of corporate clients across various sectors, with a particular focus on SMEs and owner-managed businesses. Danny advises on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, investments, shareholder and partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
