Senior Associate

Erin is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Business Advisory team, advising clients across all aspects of corporate law.

She has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, business disposals, shareholder and partnership agreements, group restructures, investments, company incorporations as well as general corporate governance matters. She acts for a range of clients over a variety of sectors delivering clear, commercial and practical advice.

Erin also regularly advises on the Scottish aspects of international transactions, working closely with clients and overseas advisors.

Her personable manner, solutions driven approach and attention to detail is valued by clients.
