Gemma Perfect is a Partner in Aberdein Considine’s Legal 500-recommended Commercial Real Estate team, based in the firm’s Aberdeen office.

Since joining the firm in 2007 as a trainee solicitor, she has built a reputation for her technical skill, client-focused approach, and ability to guide clients through complex property matters.

Gemma advises clients across all sectors on commercial acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, development site acquisition and assembly, and commercial security transactions. She also has extensive experience in residential property transactions, complex corrective conveyancing, and acting for lenders and insolvency practitioners.

With over 17 years’ experience exclusively in property law, Gemma has been recognised as Commercial Real Estate Lawyer of the Year at the Legal 500 Scotland Awards 2023 and was ranked as a “Leading Partner” in the Legal 500 2025 rankings.
