Michael is a Partner in our Corporate and Business Advisory Team, based in Glasgow.

He is dual qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and in England & Wales, allowing him to advise clients on cross-border corporate matters throughout the UK.

Michael specialises in general corporate advisory and transactional work across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, accountancy and SME or owner-managed businesses. He provides practical, commercially focused advice to help clients achieve their strategic and business objectives.
