He has extensive M&A experience, advising shareholders, funders, investors and management teams across a range of sectors, including energy, healthcare, food & drink and family businesses.
Ritchie and his team regularly act on the Scottish aspects of international transactions, providing seamless support to clients and overseas advisers.
In addition to his M&A work, Ritchie works closely with entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses throughout their lifecycle, from initial set-up and equity fundraising to growth, international expansion, succession planning and exit. He also advises private equity investors on seed and venture capital investments.
