Rod is a Partner in our Corporate and Business Advisory Team based in Aberdeen and leads the firm’s Energy Sector practice.

He has extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, corporate governance and structures, commercial contracts and employee share schemes.

Rod is a Director of the Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group (AREG) and is recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK directories for his expertise in corporate and energy sector work. He has also completed a postgraduate short course on the legal aspects of decommissioning, reflecting his deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the energy transition.
