With over two decades of experience, Euan is a respected leader in the field of dispute resolution, known for his strategic insight and depth of expertise in resolving complex disputes.  

Euan specialises in commercial, corporate and property litigation, combining legal acumen with practical dispute resolution skills. He has advised on and resolved a wide spectrum of commercial and real estate disputes, principally in the Sport, Retail, Food and Energy Sectors.  

Euan is a Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in the Court of Session. He regularly represents clients in courts, both at first instance and in appeals, in arbitrations and in mediations.  

Euan has served as an Arbitrator and Expert Determiner. He is an RICS Accredited Mediator.
