Ross is a Partner in Aberdein Considine's Dispute Resolution team.
With over 15 years of experience, he advises clients on complex high value matters in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, in the Court of Session and where appropriate, using alternative dispute resolution forms such as arbitration, adjudication and mediation. He is also often sought out to provide strategic dispute avoidance advice at an early stage to help better manage client risk.
Ross specialises in commercial and contractual disputes, providing specialist advice to insolvency practitioners, company directors and creditors, property litigation, and commercial debt recovery in Scotland. Regularly acting for clients who range from insolvency practitioners and public limited companies to limited companies, partnerships and family businesses. Often with a cross-border/overseas element.
