Audio visual brand communications agency AVC Immedia (the Company) has announced the successful completion of a management buyout (MBO).

The Company, which is a fully integrated media and communications agency, specialises in audio visual communication for brands through the creation and delivery of Audio, Visual and AV solutions and operates in a variety of sectors including automotive, banking, oil and gas, education, renewables, hospitality, leisure and retail.

The agreement sees the senior management team of Ross Penney, John Trevorrow, Euan McMorrow and Keith Robertson (the Management Team) along with investor Mark Horrocks acquire the entire issued share capital of the trading company Immedia Broadcast Ltd from its AIM listed parent company Immedia Group Plc.

The transaction sees no change to the current trading business of the Company, with all assets and trading relationships having been acquired as part of the deal.

All employees will be remaining with the Company which has offices in Newbury, Aberdeen and Houston, Texas.
