If you are an employee and think you have been unfairly treated at work and wish to bring an employment tribunal claim, we can help you.
Whether you are a senior executive, manager, agency worker or employee, our highly experienced team has won numerous tribunals acting for clients with employment problems, including:
- Unfair dismissal
- Constructive dismissal
- Wage disputes
- Discrimination or harassment
- Redundancy
- Detrimental treatment due to the employee/worker's whistleblowing or other protected acts
- Holiday pay claims
Making a claim
Whether you can make a claim depends on what your problem is about and whether you meet certain conditions, for example, your employment status, service and meeting time limits, which are commonly within three months of the event which prompted the claim.
Before making an employment tribunal claim, you'll usually need to submit an ACAS Early Conciliation form. We can guide you through the process and ensure your application is lodged correctly and on time, helping you avoid any time limits or restrictions on your claim.
You should try to get as much information about your legal rights as possible first.
