Not all businesses can justify employing full time HR professionals or lawyers. Access HR is a cost-effective and cost predictable offering for those looking for an outsourced solution.

Access HR has been designed to support you with your HR and employment law needs and to ensure that your business is supported, protected and set-up to succeed. Our packages are highly-flexible and can be tailored to your exact needs.

Our team of specialist employment lawyers has a combined total of over 80 years of employment law experience and has been recommended by the Legal 500. All advice is delivered by our employment lawyers who have the knowledge and experience to provide you with high quality, bespoke and pragmatic advice from the outset. This helps you to get to the best solutions quickly, avoiding problems further down the line.

How Access HR works

Access HR has been designed to be a hybrid between a retainer and a pay as you go service, offering the best of both worlds: cost certainty and only being charged when work has been carried out on your behalf.

It has also been designed to be as transparent and simple to use as possible. Clients buy hourly credits to use as they wish for day to day HR advice and support, employment law advice or representation and / or HR and employment law training for HR teams / senior employees / managers and supervisors.

We will discuss with you what your estimated monthly usage is likely to be and set your monthly hours accordingly, this can be as low as one hour per month. You can go up to 10 hours into credit or debit.

If required we will adjust your monthly hours to bring you back in line with these parameters over a period of 3 – 6 months depending on further support anticipated at that point. Crucially this means that costs are always spread to maintain cost certainty and avoid unexpected bills.

We do not tie our clients into long-term contracts. We want you to stay with us because the service we offer works well for you and your business. If for any reason that is not the case you can cancel the service on just one month’s notice.
