What type of work are you involved in day-to-day at Aberdein Considine?

Advising and representing clients in relation to a broad range of family matters, including childcare arrangements, financial settlements on divorce or separation, cohabitants claims, pre/post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and child relocation.

What valuable advice can you offer a client?

Take proper advice from a family lawyer as soon as possible. Being well-informed and well-advised from an early stage often leads to a better outcome and a smoother process in resolving whatever issues are being faced.

What is the most rewarding part of your role?

Helping and supporting individuals going through difficult and life-changing events and enabling them to resolve the issues they are facing, so that they can move on into the next chapter of their life positively.

What do you enjoy doing in your time out with work?

Being with family; enjoying good food; and supporting my children with their favourite activities (basketball and ponies).
