Emma is a Solicitor and Notary Public in Aberdein Considine’s Family Law team. She serves clients out of both the Multrees Walk office in Edinburgh and the Perth office.

Emma qualified in 2018 after completing her traineeship in civil litigation. Since qualifying, she has focused her practice on family law and has a particular interest in child law.

Emma provides advice on all family law matters including pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation, separation, divorce, children, guardianship and intervention orders. Emma also has considerable experience representing clients in the Sheriff Court and in the Court of Session.

Emma joined the firm in 2021.
