Jacqueline became Managing Partner of Aberdein Considine in 2014, more than two decades after first joining the firm as a trainee lawyer.

Since taking over the day-to-day running of the firm, she has led it to consecutive years of record turnover and has overseen two acquisitions which allowed the firm to expand in Glasgow and trade in England and Wales for the first time.

Jacqueline is a Legal 500-recommended Commercial Lawyer and is a specialist in oil and gas and marine law and has worked with some of her clients for more than two decades.

She has a broad range of corporate and commercial experience, mainly in the SME oil service sector, dealing with acquisitions and disposals, management buy outs/buy ins, group restructuring, and commercial contracts.

She has been involved in major fleet purchase transactions and in refinancing deals for offshore support vessel owners and operators.
