Megan is an Associate and Notary Public within our Family Law team. Megan is based in Glasgow, although regularly works from our Stirling office.

With a personal and direct approach, she will make informed and pragmatic decisions to help secure the best outcome for you, no matter what life throws your way.

Megan provides advice on all aspects of Family Law and legal issues arising from personal relationships, including child contact and residence disputes, adoption, financial issues arising from separation/divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, pre and post nuptial agreements, co-habitation and Adult Incapacity.

Megan regularly appears in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has also been involved in instructing Counsel at the Court of Session.

Megan joined Aberdein Considine in 2015 as a Summer Student and began her traineeship with the Firm in 2016. Megan qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.
