He has over 12 years’ experience dealing with complex and defended mortgage litigation matters in the UK. He advises banks, building societies and lenders in relation to secured lending matters, including on recovery strategies and dispute resolution.

Besides his UK experience, Neil has over 10 years banking and commercial litigation experience in South Africa.

Neil joined Aberdein Considine in 2022 having previously been a senior associate at Ascent Performance Group.
